2A Level Associate
Local Malaysian only
Mandarin Speaker
Location: KL
• Basic Graduate in any discipline is required
• 1 - 2 years of experience in a BPO environment preferably Retail/CPG Industry.
• Hands-on experience in working on Master data process i.e Agreements/Contracts, Claims etc.
• Experience in working on ERP systems i.e SAP & Web based tools
• Proficient MS Excel
Salary : MYR 2.6-4.9k
3A Level
• 3 - 5 years of experience in a BPO environment preferably Retail/CPG Industry.
• Basic Graduate in any discipline is required
• Strong understanding of Master data process, Amendments, Pricing, licensee, pricing sheets, reports.
• Customer / Client facing experience
• Proficient MS skills
Salary : 4k-6k
4A/4B Level
• 5 - 7 years of experience in a BPO environment preferably Retail/CPG Industry
• Any bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution
• End to End understanding of Master data, Agreements, Amendments, Pricing, licensee, pricing sheets, reports etc
• Problem solving and analytical skills.
• Proficient MS skills
• Customer / Client facing experience preferred
Salary : 6k-7k
