We are urgently hiring for a HR Recruiter Intern in our Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia office.

Work set up: Onsite

Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday (9AM - 6PM)

Salary offer: Up to 1500 MYR + 3% every hire incentives

We are looking for a deadline-focused technical recruiter to be responsible for the sourcing, screening, and hiring of specialists to fill IT/NON-IT/BPO/Ecommerce industry positions.

Have a good working knowledge of technology, client JD, and technical skills, as well as knowledge of the recruitment process.

Communicating with hiring managers to identify future job openings and the requirements for those jobs.

Writing job descriptions and posting to relevant media platforms.

Screening applicants for competency with the job requirements.

Arranging telephone, video, or in-person interviews.

Presenting the resumes of the most suitable candidates to the hiring manager.

Keeping track of all applicants as well as keeping applicants informed on the application process.
