Role: HR Administration (HR Generalist, HR Operations, Shared Service Generalist) Associate
Experience:
- 1-3 years of experience in HR administration processes (e.g., employee data management, benefit administration, compensation administration, performance management) with a minimum of 2 years in an HR organisation.
Must Have:
- Graduate in any stream.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Results and deadline-driven.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Minimum 1 year experience with HR systems and tools such as SuccessFactors, SAP, Workday, etc.
- Computer proficiency (MS Office—Word, Excel, and Outlook).
- Proficient in Chinese, Mandarin, and English (read, write, speak).
Good to have:
- Experience specific to hire-to-retire data administration for global (US, EMEA, APAC) clients will be an added advantage.
Responsibilities: HR Generalist, HR Operations, Shared Service Generalist:
- Process hire-to-retire transactions, including but not limited to:
- Create/update positions.
- Create new employee records.
- Provide new hire information to Payroll/Benefits.
- Update job- and salary-related changes.
- Create employee verification letters.
- Changes to employee data.
- Process Job Requisition (Create and Amend Requisition).
- Receive information on mass upload and make changes.
- Employment Reference Letters/Verification of Employment Letters (Digitally).
- Update voluntary and involuntary exit data in the system.
- Support in updating Redundancy and redeployment activities in updating employee data in the system.
- Escalate non-transactional production issues promptly and according to established protocols.
- Maintain service level agreements.
