HR Admin. (HR Generalist, HR Operations, Shared Service Generalist) Associate - Mandarin Speaker
• 1-3 years of experience in HR Administration processes (Employee Data Management, Benefit Admin, Compensation Admin, Performance Management) process with at least 2 years in Experience in HR organization Must Have
• Graduate in any stream
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Results and deadline driven
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Minimum 1 year Experience with HR systems and tools such as SuccessFactors, SAP, Workday etc
• Computer proficiency (MS Office – Word, Excel and Outlook)
• Proficient in Chinese Mandarin and English language (Read, Write, Speak)
