A leading BPO in Malaysia is looking for Chat support Agents - Native Vietnamese to join their team asap!
Salary budget -
Basic: RM4000
Complexity allowance: RM500
Housing allowance: RM200
KPI monthly: up to RM300
Qualifications -
• Bachelor degree holder with a valid passport for next 14 months
• should be currently in Vietnam
• minimum of one year experience in customer service, handling chat support, emails, inbound and outbound calls
• can work on a rotational shift, 24 seven and on weekends and holidays
Good English communication skills.
