Job Opportunity in Bangkok, Thailand - Real-Time Analyst
Position: Real-Time Analyst (Native Thai)
- Location: Bangkok, Thailand
- Nationality: Local Thai
- Language Proficiency:** English (A2-B1 level) + Native Thai
- Background: BPO experience, able to communicate effectively in English
- Joining Timelines: Immediate
- Shift: Open to rotational shifts
Experience and Skills:
- Minimum 6 months in real-time management or analytics
- Understanding of operational KPIs (Service Level, AHT, Occupancy, productivity)
- Queue management expertise with a focus on workload optimization and shrinkage minimization
- Downtime, Sick Leave/Annual Leave, and Break management experience
- Staffing and Scheduling proficiency
- Familiarity with WFM/RTA tools
- Bonus: Experience in Erlang based scheduling, Capacity planning & forecasting
Responsibilities:
- Act as a liaison between Centralized and Site WFM teams
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports and presentations
- Create schedules using Erlang for various queues across multiple locations
- Handle ADHOC intra-day training requests and update schedules
- Produce and analyze daily efficiency reports
Skills and Qualities:
- English proficiency (oral and written)
- Excellent team player
- Analytical skills and maturity
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and MIS
- Exposure to basic WFM tools is preferred
- Passion for learning and creative problem-solving
Compensation:
- Base Salary: 32,000-37,000 THB (no allowances or incentives)
