Job Opportunity: Risk Operation Specialist - English
- Location: PJ (Petaling Jaya), Malaysia
- Salary: 3.3k MYR - 4.5k MYR
- Shifts: Rotational
Minimum Skills to Hire:
- Bachelor's Degree in accounting, finance, or relevant field with a focus on Fraud, Chargeback, and Appeal.
- 1-3 years of fraud manual review experience, including analyzing user appeals, user analysis, and trend analysis.
- Fast-paced startup mindset with out-of-the-box thinking.
- Understanding of payment chains (CCDC, PAYPAL, E-wallet, etc.) and experience in fraud trend and chargeback handling.
- Continuous learning spirit and ability to adapt to changes in SOP.
- Completion of cases within targeted SLA with a high accuracy rate.
Preferred Requirements:
- Proficiency in English; multi-lingual skills are highly preferred.
- Experience in Fraud Manual Review, User Appeal, and Trend Analysis operations.
- Strong analytical and research skills.
- Knowledge of working in a fast-evolving environment with attention to detail.
- Experience in Payment services and Fraud and Risk Operations is an added advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; typing speed of at least 40 words per minute preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Focus on appeal cases, analyzing proof documents to release users from blacklist.
- Post-manual review of completed transactions flagged with high-risk indicators.
- Understanding and evaluating different business models for accurate risk assessment.
- Timely reporting of fraud trends and user behavior analysis to the fraud strategy team.
- Handling pending reviews for transactions held for evaluation.
- Managing customer escalation cases, including rejection reason checks and user analysis.
- Strictly following chargeback operation SOP for representment cases.
- Ensuring compliance, preventing fraudulent activity, and enforcing policies.
