Salary:

Local Candidates: RM5500 + up to 15% sales incentive per month

Foreign Candidates: RM5500 + up to 15% sales incentive per month + RM200 housing allowance

Requirements:

Language Skills: Proficiency in English (Cantonese proficiency is advantageous).

Experience: A minimum of 1 year of experience in Red Hat technologies or related technologies, coupled with sales experience.

Sales Skills: Proven sales experience is a must, including cold calling and a proactive attitude. The ideal candidate should make 30–40 calls on a daily basis.

Nationality: Open to candidates of any nationality.

Availability: Immediate availability to join: ASAP. Local Malaysians and Filipinos are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

Engage in proactive sales activities to promote Aus RedHat technologies.

Leverage your expertise in Red Hat or related technologies to effectively communicate with clients.

Execute cold calling initiatives, making 30–40 calls daily, showcasing your aggressive and go-getter attitude.

Collaborate with colleagues and team members to achieve overall sales goals.

Address customer inquiries and concerns, and provide product information.

Actively engage in selling products or services to meet or exceed sales targets.

Utilize persuasive techniques to influence customer purchasing decisions.

Up-sell or cross-sell additional items to maximize sales opportunities.

Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.

Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.

Compensation and Benefits:

Local Candidates: RM5500 + up to 15% sales incentive per month.

Foreign candidates: RM5500 + up to 15% sales incentive per month + RM200 housing allowance.

Requirements:

Proficiency in English is essential, and Cantonese proficiency is considered an asset.

A minimum of 1 year of proven experience in Red Hat technologies or related technologies, coupled with sales experience.

Note: Immediate joiners are preferred.
