A leading BPO in KL is looking for a Tech support reresentative to join their team.
Candidate should be Native Thai.
Requirement:
Min 1 years Technical support exp/fluent English
Education:
Min Degree (IT background preferred)
Budget - RM4300 - RM200 housing allowance
Operation Hours 9am-6pm
Monday- Friday
5 days’ work per week
Qualifications -
- University Technical Graduate, additional external certificates can be a bonus.
- Minimum of 1-year Technical Experience
- Technical Experience on Computer Hardware.
- IT Support related to Windows Operating Systems / Microsoft Products can be considered.
- IT Support in programming/coding is not preferred.
- A level of English proficiency to be able to read knowledge base and a writing level to respond to customers emails, also, Training will be fully conducted in English.
- Communications Skills for both Voice & Email Support
