**Job Title:** Ad Sales Specialist - Mandarin Speaker (Any Nationality)

**Location:** Bangkok, Thailand

**Salary:** 30k - 50 KTHB + Housing Allowance for Expats 6000 THB

**Shifts:** Mon- Fri 7 am - 4 pm

**Description / Requirements:**

**Purpose of the Role:**

As an Ad Sales Specialist, you will collaborate with a designated portfolio of content creators to enhance and sustain their engagement with our platform. Your role is pivotal in maximizing our partners' channel performance, offering ample opportunity to significantly influence their business outcomes within a target-oriented environment.

**Responsibilities:**

- Act as a trusted advisor to partners, aiding in the development and optimization of their channels.

- Identify and comprehend customer needs and objectives effectively.

- Demonstrate proficiency in key platform features to align customer needs with available tools.

- Manage a high volume of potential clients through various communication channels.

- Prioritize portfolio management, identifying and pursuing opportunities with content creators over an extended period.

**Requirements:**

**Preferred Skills and Experience:**

- Bachelor's degree (MA/MSc in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or Journalism preferred).

- Minimum of 2 years of sales and/or online advertising/social media experience.

- Strong drive to achieve or surpass productivity, readiness, sustainability, and task points, compliance, and customer satisfaction targets.

- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for effective pitching and proposal composition.

- Proficient time management abilities and self-organization skills.

- Client-centric mindset, demonstrating a keen interest in customer interaction and ownership of business objectives.

- Passion for social media and its dynamics.

- Team player mindset with adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment.

- Native-level proficiency in English.
