Designation: Business Development Executive/Project Sales
Criteria:
Prefer Chinese or Indian with fluent in Mandarin.
Prefer Female, Male can be consider.
Who can join immediately
Willing to travel outstation.
Willing to work in Klang Valley and East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak)
Experience Level: More than 3 years
Must have own transport.
Qualification: Min Diploma
Location: Balakong, Selangor
Nationality: Malaysian ONLY
Note: Target the candidate from this companies that deals Water Pump, Water Piping, Aircond, Constructions, Mechanical Sites for the Sales role.
Salary Packages:
RM3,000 to RM8,000 (including allowances)
Allowance: RM700 within Klang Valley
RM800 Outstation
RM50 (Toll)
Petrol Card will be provided upon confirmation. Before confirmation pay and claim (80/20 – Klang Valley)(85/15 – Outstation)
Company Phone will be provided.
Commission: Based on the project.
Working hours
Mon – Fri 8.00am – 530pm
Role Summary
The incumbent is responsible for achieving sales target by promoting Wiring Devices (PL2),
Residential Systems (PL3), Building Systems (PL4) and PVC Conduits and Equipment (PL9) product
lines to the Retailers, Contractors, Investors.
Role Responsibilities
Acquire deep product knowledge on all Legrand’s products
Understand the profile and buying needs of Customers (C) and expand Legrand’s support
and businesses, by providing professional pre-sales and post-sales services, including
technical support
Prospect new customers and developers, conducting cold-calls and sales visits pipelines
Promote product lines through solid sales presentation, and together with Marketing
through events and networking sessions
Responsible for preparing concept proposals, specifications, quotations and generating sales
turnover according to targets
Be a trusted partner and support to Customers (Retailers, Contractors, Investors) by
providing professional pre-sales and post-sales services, including technical support
Develop a clear understanding of all products and provide training (internal and external)
when required
Carry out product presentations to prospective accounts
Responsible for pricing enquiries, follow-up orders and delivery schedules
Provide sales report to Head of Sales
Role Requirements
Minimum 3 years’ experience in sales (especially in construction line)
Strong customer focus, an advocate of excellent customer service
Sales-driven, to meet business targets and goals
Ability to provide an appropriate support for sales and satisfy customers’ expectations
Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to converse in English, Malay, and Chinese dialect
Possess own transport
Preferably those who can travel within Klang Valley and East Malaysia.
Candidates that are fluent in both Mandarin and English are preferred because the work
needs candidates to interact with Mandarin-speaking customers.
