Job Description:
A content moderator is responsible for reviewing and monitoring user-generated content on various platforms to ensure compliance with community guidelines and policies. The primary job duties of a content moderator.
Roles and responsibilities:
1. Reviewing and moderating user-generated content, such as text, images, videos, and comments, to ensure they adhere to platform guidelines and policies.
2. Identifying and removing any content that violates community guidelines, including but not limited to hate speech, harassment, spam, and inappropriate or illegal content.
3. Responding to user inquiries and concerns regarding content moderation decisions in a professional and timely manner.
4. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, such as customer support and legal, to address escalated content moderation issues.
5. Staying updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging issues related to content moderation.
6. Providing feedback and suggestions to improve content moderation processes and guidelines.
7. Documenting and maintaining accurate records of content moderation activities and decisions.

- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to make fair and consistent judgments
- They should also be able to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment while maintaining a professional and unbiased approach to content moderation
Qualifications:
1.Bachelor’s Degree.
2.Fluent in Korean and English.
3.Fresh/Experienced OR Minimum 2 Years of work experience in Content Moderation.
