**Job Opportunity: Content Moderator (Native Korean) - Immediate Joiner**
**Overview:**
- **Position:** Content Moderator
- **Start Date:** Immediate Joiner

- **Salary:** 7,000 MYR
- **Location:** Penang, Malaysia
**Responsibilities:**
- Provide timely customer support through email and chat channels
- Identify and escalate priority issues through proper channels
- Follow up with customers to ensure resolution of technical issues
- Collaborate with team members to enhance customer support strategies
- Meet key performance indicators set by the company and client
- Adhere to company and client policies
**Qualifications:**
- Language proficiency in English is mandatory, especially in writing
- Native speaker of the Korean language
- Prior experience in Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) is an added advantage
- Fast learner with the ability to work independently
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
