Requirements
-
Fluent in HINDI, both written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in English (spoken and written) is a plus.
- Previous experience in customer service or related roles is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities with a customer-oriented approach.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask effectively.
Responsibility

Manage incoming customer inquiries via phone promptly and professionally.
- Provide accurate information about our products and services to customers.
- Resolve customer complaints and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure customer issues are addressed and resolved efficiently.
- Maintain customer databases and update customer records accurately.
- Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to customers.
- Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and provide feedback to management for continuous improvement.
