About the Role

Join a leading global customer service team supporting Japanese customers based in Japan. You will provide exceptional customer support through phone, email, and chat while delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Handle customer inquiries and complaints from Japanese customers.
Provide professional support via phone, email, and live chat.
Resolve customer concerns efficiently while maintaining high service quality.
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams when necessary.
Maintain accurate customer records and follow company procedures.
Achieve individual productivity and quality performance targets.
Deliver an exceptional customer experience on every interaction.

Requirements

Mandatory

Native Japanese Speaker (Only)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Japanese.
Currently residing in Malaysia or willing to relocate to Malaysia.
Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.

Training

One month of comprehensive training conducted entirely in Japanese.
