Customer Service - Mandarin Speaker

You will play an important role in:

To handle backend job (70%) & customer service job (30%)

Handling all inbound calls, chat & email pertaining to customer general enquiries, complaints, comments, feedbacks and other raising issue related to the company's products

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

Ability to communicate in Mandarin & English

Interactive personal skills that fit the team and customer environment as well as adapt to change

Ability to work in a fast paced environment

SPM leavers who are interested to start their career in a call centre are also encouraged to apply – Full Training Provided.

You are required to work on normal working hours (Mon - Fri, 9am-6pm/10am-7pm)

Working experience in the service industry will be an added advantage for this position.

- Exceeding customer expectation in terms of customer service & accurate information.
- Working in a team to achieve the required KPI elements and SLA.
