Position: Healthcare Interpretation Support Associate
Work Setup: 100% Remote / Work From Home
Schedule: Permanent Night Shift (Monday–Friday)
Contract: 6-Month Initial Contract + 12-Month Renewable Extension
Earn Up to RM 5,000+ Monthly

What You’ll Do
As a Healthcare Interpretation Support Associate, you’ll provide real-time over-the-phone interpretation between English-speaking healthcare professionals and Mandarin/Cantonese-speaking patients.
Your responsibilities will include:
Deliver accurate and professional consecutive interpretation during live calls
Facilitate communication between doctors, nurses, healthcare staff, and patients
Maintain complete accuracy without adding, omitting, or altering information
Handle healthcare-related conversations, patient concerns, insurance inquiries, and other support scenarios
Maintain confidentiality, neutrality, and professionalism at all times
Support urgent and sensitive healthcare conversations with composure and empathy
Attend training, coaching, and quality improvement sessions
Work independently in a remote environment while maintaining performance standards

Requirements
Language Skills
Fluent in Mandarin or Cantonese
Strong English communication skills (B2+/C1 preferred)
Excellent listening, speaking, reading, and comprehension abilities
Clear pronunciation and strong communication skills
Eligibility
High School Graduate, Diploma, or Bachelor’s Degree
Freshers are welcome to apply
Experienced candidates are highly encouraged
Backgrounds in Interpretation, Translation, Healthcare, Customer Service, BPO, Contact Center, Journalism, or Media are advantageous
Comfortable working permanent night shifts
Must have a stable internet connection and a quiet work-from-home setup

Compensation & Benefits
Basic Salary: RM 4,000 – RM 4,500
Salary Negotiable Up To RM 5,000 (Based on Experience & Profile)
Monthly Wi-Fi Allowance: RM 150
Night Shift Allowance: RM 25 Per Night
Monthly Night Shift Allowance: Approximately RM 550
Performance-Based Incentives
Estimated Total Monthly Earnings: RM 5,000+
