Customer Service Specialist Jobs in Petaling Jaya
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
· Assist customers with their challenges and needs
· Respond to customers inquiries promptly and effectively
· Escalating customer concerns to relevant departments for resolution
SKILLS and REQUIREMENTS
· Customer service orientation, with a focus on providing excellent service
· Experience in a Customer Service Centre is an added advantage
· Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
· Strong problem-solving aptitude
· Attention to detail and committed to delivering high-quality work
· Knowledge of fundamental internet concepts and candidates with IT Background are encouraged to apply
· Candidates fluent in English and Mandarin are preferred as the role involves interacting with English and Mandarin speaking clients and suppliers
