Location: George Town, Penang Shift: 5 working days (rotational shift)
Academic Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree or at least Diploma or equivalent in any discipline. Minimum 6 months to 1 year experience in call centre. Must be fluent in Mandarin, and English Language proficiency (reading, writing, speaking and aural comprehension)
Capability Requirement
- Ability to handle queries and objections in a professional manner.
- Passionate about communication and interacting with people is key to success in this role
- Able to demonstrate critical thinking, a proactive attitude, and composed communication in challenging situations
- Minimum typing speed of 40wpm with a 90% accuracy score.
- Computer literate and fully conversant in Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office
Who can apply?
Freshers or Experienced Taiwanese resources with good English Level B2.
Our Offerings:
Salary Ranging from MYR 6k-7k with 600 Housing Allowance
One time joining Bonus : RM 5000
