Experience: 2-3yrs

Skill set Required:

Operations/Process Management experience

• Exposure to workflow driven content management operations on platforms similar to Drupal/AEM/Wordpress etc.

• Knowledge of HTML, CSS and similar web technologies. Javascript knowledge is good to have

• Basic know-how of Adobe Photoshop is good to have

• Basic understanding of web content management, SEO

Area of Responsibility:

• Perform procedures on content management platform and support deployment of approved content through established processes/guidelines/style guides

• Coordinate with onsite and offshore content leads Coordinators on requirements

• Publish web page as per publishing standards / requirements

• Deliver on time with accuracy

• Documentation of SOPs and key process learnings, improvement ideas

salary: RM6.8K-RM9.4K (which already includes Laguage allowance of 1.2k)
