1-3 years of experience in HR Administration processes (Employee Data Management, Benefit Admin, Compensation Admin, Performance Management) process with at least 2 years in Experience in HR organization Must Have
Graduate in any stream
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Results and deadline driven
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Minimum 1 year Experience with HR systems and tools such as SuccessFactors, SAP, Workday etc
Computer proficiency (MS Office – Word, Excel and Outlook)
Proficient in Chinese Mandarin and English language (Read, Write, Speak)
