Indoor Sales Coordinator (Preferably Female with Chinese Speaking) (Min 3 year of working experience)

Salary Range: RM3,000 – RM5,000

Responsibility:

 Work closely with sales team to ensure customer requirements are well-coordinated.

 Assist sales and marketing activities.

 Handle customers’ enquiries.

 Follow up with warehouse on customer deliveries.

 Issued sales order and delivery order

 Answering inbound and outbound calls

 Liaise with account regarding the invoices required by customer

 Build and maintain good rapport with customers

Requirements:

 Possess at least Diploma/Degree or equivalent.

 Preferably candidate with 3 years working experience.

 Positive working attitude as well as a good team player.

 Posses good interpersonal and communication skill.

 Must be computer literate.

 Experience ERP knowledge is an added advantage.

 Must be able to communicate and writing in Chinese, English and Malay
