Minimum of 1yr exp with tech and sales background (focus more on Hardwares and Bulk Sales)
Hiring Location : Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
Language: Mandarin(Local), English
Purpose:
This solution-focused professional will be responsible for new /old opportunities within existing
and prospective clients.
Responsibilities:
Sales Generation
ï‚· Deal Closure and Quotation follow up where applicable
ï‚· Prospecting and hunting new prospects for the assigned SMB accounts
ï‚· Drive the reach, frequency, yield for SMB segment
ï‚· Build pipeline through a combination of cold calling, email campaigns and market research
ï‚· Primarily focus on Endpoint Solutions and Advanced solutions product mix
ï‚· Drive cross selling into Advanced solutions product mix
ï‚· Develop adequate pipeline to ensure coverage and drive conversions
ï‚· Customer issues and helping the sales team with upsells and renewals
ï‚· Focused on building loyalty with existing partners
ï‚· Support dormant reactivation campaign programs
Administration / Campaign Awareness
ï‚· Call down to drive communication awareness of any product campaign and promotions
ï‚· Call down for RSVP registration for channel events
ï‚· Support the country SMB & GTM strategy to drive business outcomes
ï‚· Manage the sales and opportunity process through constant engagement with internal
stakeholders including inside sales, product team, senior executives.
ï‚· Addressing customer issues and helping the sales team with upsells and renewals
ï‚· Strong collaboration with existing internal and external stakeholders and partners
Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
ï‚· 3-4 years of sales and marketing experience preferred
ï‚· Diploma/Degree in Business/ Marketing/IT or an equivalent discipline
ï‚· Sound knowledge/passion in IT industry/products/solutions preferred
ï‚· Should have a strong command over English and Mandarin
ï‚· Strong communication skills and ability to work with multiple teams
ï‚· Experience using CRM/ERP platforms and opportunity/lead qualification process
ï‚· Collaborative work style, team player and customer oriented
