Location: Cyberjaya

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager - Projects (Fit-Out) to join a close-knit team.

Job Description:

As the Manager - Projects (Fit-Out), you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of fit-out projects, ensuring their successful completion within the defined timelines and budget. Your role will involve managing project engineers, supervising project planning and site contractors, and ensuring high-quality workmanship. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining strong client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage and supervise a team of project engineers, providing guidance and support throughout the project execution.

2. Oversee project planning, ensuring accurate timelines and resource allocation.

3. Collaborate with site contractors to ensure all work is carried out to the highest standards and in accordance with project specifications.

4. Monitor and review fit-out works, including interior fixings and equipment installations, to ensure compliance with quality standards.

5. Maintain strong communication with clients, addressing their concerns and ensuring their satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

6. Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulatory requirements.

7. Develop and implement effective project management strategies, including risk assessment and mitigation plans.

8. Monitor project budgets and expenditures, ensuring cost control measures are in place.

9. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution and delivery.

10. Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in fit-out project management.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience as a Manager in fit-out projects.

2. Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively supervise a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients, contractors, and internal stakeholders.

4. Proficiency in reading and writing Chinese, as company headquarters is based in Beijing.

5. In-depth knowledge of project management principles, methodologies, and best practices.

6. Sound understanding of fit-out works, including interior fixings and equipment installations.

7. Ability to ensure compliance with quality standards, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements.

8. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address project-related challenges.

9. Proactive approach with a focus on delivering projects within defined timelines and budgets.

10. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

Salary and Benefits:

A competitive salary ranging from MYR 9k-13k, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
