Job Title: On Hold (Trust and Safety Analyst)
Job Location: - KL Malaysia
Salary: - Negotiable
Education:- Bachelor’s Degree Must.
Shift Timings 24*7 (Rotational Shift)
Role: Trust & Safety Specialist
What you will do:
• You will work with a social media giant to navigate and review online content, build internet safety and help protect trust and openness in
• The digital environment. You will review egregious, sensitive and complex content and enforce decisions based on the community guidelines.
- You will handle escalations, identify opportunities for process improvements, and work with cross-functional teams with pressing timelines.
- If you are passionate about advancing the mission of a safer internet and enabling online creativity and expression, you will thrive in this role.
Minimum Qualifications
• 2+ years of professional experience in content moderation
• Mandatory Bachelor’s degree in any field
• Good communication skills
• Understanding of operational and quality metrics
• Resilience - strong emotional fortitude and resilience in handling potentially sensitive content
• Critical thinking - ability to effectively navigate Gray areas, break down complex problems and develop independent solutions.
• Efficient time management
• Ability to work non-standard hours as required.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
Preferred Qualifications
• Ability to work with multi-functional teams.
• Ability to build strong relationships with cross-functional partners across geographies.
• Ability to deliver results with minimum supervision.
• Conflict management skills
Additional Requirements
• Good verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills. Personnel should have competency in written and spoken local and English Language.
• Excellent Verbal and Written communications skills
• Proficient with Feedback & Coaching skills
• Must have the ability to work under pressure.
• The applicant should be proficient with MS office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
• Drive for self-learning and knowledge enhancement
• Must have analytical abilities to analyses data, trends from effectiveness surveys.
• Ability to multi-task and meet timelines on deliverable.
