Position: Process Trainer - Thai Speaker + JLPT N1 Certified
Salary: 87,000 THB
Location: Bangkok, Thailand
Job Description:
Role & Responsibilities:
- Conduct training sessions for agents on product and process, particularly during New Hire Training (NHT) batches.
- Monitor customer contacts to identify areas of improvement and collaborate with Ops and Quality teams to design action plans.
- Ensure successful training conversion and manage retention during the training period.
- Conduct audits on calls, emails, and chats to align with operations and implement necessary refreshers.
- Innovate training methods by incorporating real-floor requirements into classroom training.
- Maintain data in accordance with training processes.
- Drive Customer Satisfaction (C-Sat) & Employee Satisfaction (E-sat) initiatives to enhance the process and customer experience.
- Present excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Drive key performance metrics related to training.
- Work effectively under pressure and in an unstructured environment.
- Be flexible to up-skilling on VASS & quality.
- Provide production hours weekly in the absence of New Hire (NH) training.
Requirements:
- JLPT N1 Certified
- Proficient in Japanese competency across all four skills (writing, reading, speaking, listening).
- Over 4 years of experience using Japanese.
- BPO industry experience is a plus.
- Logical and analytical thinking.
- Self-motivated with a proactive team spirit.
- Willingness to go on overseas business trips or training.
- Good English competency in all four skills.
