ROLE: Live Sales Agent (Customer Service) - Cantonese
HEADCOUNT REQUIRED: 1
START DATE: ASAP
WORK SCHEDULE: Mon to Fri, 8 am to 5 pm
LOCATION: Damansara Uptown, Imazium ( Petaling Jaya, Selangor )
SALARY AND BENEFITS:
Basic: RM 4000 - RM4500
KPI incentive: RM 250 depending on performance
Public Holiday double pay
Free meal per day
LANGUAGE: Cantonese + Mandarin + B2 English
QUALIFICATIONS:
●English proficiency at B2 level or higher (90% of support is handled in English, will need to handle customers from the USA, Australia, Europe & etc.)
●Ability to handle 10% of Cantonese & Mandarin language queue (will need to handle customers from Hong Kong, Taiwan, & China)
●Minimum 1 year of experience in BPO Customer Service or Sales
●Willingness to work onsite – remote work is not available
JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsibilities:
● Call Centre Sales Agent responsible for achieving call centre metrics and driving sales and e-commerce revenue for clients.
● Assist customers in purchasing client products online, by walking them step by step through the purchase, or building a custom cart and sending the link to the customer for purchase.
● When a customer is unable to purchase online, create a sales lead in CRM to be serviced by the sales team
● Triage support and billing inquiries, and direct customers to the appropriate channels
Basic Skill Requirements:
● Understanding of the technology industry
● Call centre experience
● Utilise Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool
Preferred Skill Requirements:
● Experience as a sales representative in a call centre environment
● Direct SaaS/Cloud/Platform selling experience
● Direct Cloud PBX Product selling experience
● Salesforce CRM experience preferred
● Knowledge of solution-selling techniques
