Job Title: Sales and Fulfillment -Malay and English

Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales and Finance Associate to join our team in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the intersection of sales and finance functions, with a focus on Order to Cash processes, agreements/contracts, and claims. This position is well-suited for a recent graduate from any discipline with 1-2 years of experience in a BPO environment, preferably in the retail/CPG industry. Hands-on experience with ERP systems, particularly SAP, and web-based tools is essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities:

Order to Cash Process:

Collaborate with the sales team to ensure accurate and timely processing of customer orders.

Monitor and manage the entire order to cash cycle, including invoicing, collections, and reconciliation.

Agreement/Contract Management:

Assist in the preparation and review of sales agreements and contracts.

Ensure compliance with contractual terms and conditions.

Claims Processing:

Handle and process customer claims efficiently and in accordance with company policies.

Work closely with relevant stakeholders to resolve claims and disputes.

Sales Support:

Provide support to the sales team in preparing sales reports, forecasts, and presentations.

Assist in the development of sales strategies and initiatives.

ERP System Management:

Utilize ERP systems, particularly SAP, to manage and track financial and sales-related data.

Ensure data accuracy and consistency across platforms.

Web-Based Tools:

Navigate and effectively use web-based tools to streamline processes and enhance productivity.

Stay updated on the latest technologies and tools relevant to sales and finance functions.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

1-2 years of experience in a BPO environment, preferably in the retail/CPG industry.

Hands-on experience with Order to Cash processes, agreement/contract management, and claims processing.

Familiarity with ERP systems, particularly SAP.

Proficient in using web-based tools to support sales and finance functions.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: RM2,500.00 - RM7,500.00 per month
