Salary Range: 3,500 - 5,500 (negotiable)

Location: Kelana Jaya

Shift: 24/7

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the Technical Lead to provide technical direction and contribute to technical solution

• Work with the team to determine the best technical approach to meet business goals aligned with program architecture

• Design, develop, and maintain conversational AI user experiences, components,

and related plugins for various scenarios and use cases to support our strategic

objectives.

• Work closely with key stakeholders to determine user requirements and domain

and create effective conversational flows and language models.

• Train and use prompt engineering to establish, test, and debug domain language

models to ensure optimum reliability and information accuracy.

• Integrate conversational AI with our programmable contact center solution, CRM,

website, and other systems as necessary, using APIs and other methods.

• Manage platform-related tasks including security and maintenance.

• Proactively recommend ways to improve the performance and effectiveness of

our solutions within reasonable ROI considerations.

• Assist team members with troubleshooting and issue resolution

• Write clean code and improve coding quality through unit tests, peer reviews,

and coding standards

• Ensure the platform remains scalable and the codebase is maintainable

Requirement:

• Bachelor's Degree in engineering, computer science, OR equivalent through experience.

• Around 3 years of prior related work experience.

• Good knowledge of OOP and the Microsoft stack: C#, .NET, ASP.NET, MVC,

Entity Framework

• Good Knowledge of HTML5/CSS/Typescript/JS Framework like

React/Angular/Vue

• Experience in CI/CD pipeline setup, chatbot development and Generative AI development is preferred

• Bi-lingual in English and Mandarin

• Strong commitment to professional and service excellence

• Excellent oral/written communication, planning, project management, networking,

and influencing skills

• Strong analytical skills and logical approach

• An interest in learning new programming languages and platforms

• Eager to learn and apply new technologies
