Job Title: Talent Acquisition Lead

Location: Indonesia but currently remote work
Roles & responsibilities
Maintain and develop a pipeline of eligible candidates for future open positions (Both Internal and External)
Conduct interviews
Qualify or reject candidates based on interview feedback and resume reviews
Serve as a contact person for questions from candidates
Meet weekly quotas related to Hiring
Writing Daily HR Content on our blog
Research on HR policies
Requirements
Minimum 4 - 5 Years of Experience.
