Job Summary:
A Tech Lead is responsible for centralized resources and security administration at our BPO Partner's company. They will work during normal office hours but may be required extra working hours and work on weekends depending on the work load. Salary is to be discussed with the BPO partner.
Must have skills:
1. Experience on Design & architecture of Windows/LDAP Active Directory management
2. Experience working with domain controllers, domain joins, PO, LDAP /AD authentication,
handling user/ group accounts and permissions.
3. Deep understanding of Active Directory Domain Services (ADDS), having good knowledge on
Active Directory Lightweight Directory Services (ADLDS) and Active Directory Rights
Management Services (ADRMS)
4. Well versed with planning, designing ,building and implementing AD Forest.
5. Deep understanding of Windows Server and its associated components
6. Experience in managing network component TCP/IP, iSCSI , DNS and DHCP, Domain Controller
replication, and organizational unit management.
7. Experience in Implementing security policies like MFA, conditional access, Azure RBAC Model
and Connection sync rules is a plus.
8. Experience in AD migration project (from on-prem AD to Azure or any other cloud directory
services)
9. Having integration and implementation knowledge on ADFS is a plus.
10. Expert knowledge of PKI, and Microsoft Certificate Services
11. Expert knowledge of Distributed File System
12. Expert knowledge of Microsoft KMS solution
13. Knowledge of Gemalto HSM and integration to Microsoft ADCS services
14. Knowledge of Venafi Trust Authority PKI management solution
15. Knowledge of Gemalto HSM and integration to Microsoft ADCS services
16. Knowledge of Venafi Trust Authority PKI management solution
Good to have skills:
1. Understanding of Azure Active Directory (AAD)
2. Experience with Software installations, upgrades, and patching services
3. Experience with PowerShell (windows and AD PowerShell)/Ansible scripting of Windows Active
Directory management
4. Experience with Database (Oracle, MSSQL, MySQL etc.)
5. Experience with Application Servers (IIS/ WebLogic / WebSphere / Tomcat / Apache)
6. Good to have knowledge of SSL certificate creation / deployment / renewal knowledge of
working in Agile and DevOps platform.
7.Nice to have Microsoft Azure Fundamental
