Job Description: Training Manager/Assistant Training Manager
Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Training Manager/Assistant Training Manager to join our team in Kelana Jaya, Selangor. The ideal candidate will be proficient in English, with Mandarin language skills being a significant advantage. The primary focus of this role is to oversee training programs related to global payment systems, regulations, and compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive training programs to ensure staff proficiency in global payment systems, regulations, and compliance standards.
Conduct regular training sessions for new hires and existing employees, both in-person and through virtual platforms.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify training needs and develop relevant materials.
Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to payment systems and compliance standards.
Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback mechanisms and performance metrics, making adjustments as necessary to enhance program efficacy.
Provide ongoing support and coaching to team members to reinforce learning and development objectives.
Assist in the creation and maintenance of training manuals, guides, and other educational resources.
Participate in recruitment efforts by conducting interviews and assessments for potential candidates.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; Master's degree is a plus.
Proven experience in training and development, preferably in the banking, financial services, or payment industry.
Strong understanding of global payment systems, regulations, and compliance standards.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to diverse audiences.
Proficiency in English; fluency in Mandarin is highly desirable.
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Flexibility to work regular shifts and/or 24/7 as needed.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Experience with virtual training platforms and e-learning tools is advantageous.
