Your Responsibilities

• Review seller, business and product information, short videos, and livestreams to ensure legal compliance and safety of content uploaded to the platform.

• Conduct basic data analysis and deliver defined process report.

• Identify opportunities to drive improvements on risk mitigation, process streamlining, quality enhancement, and policy localization as well as optimization at scale.

• Collaborate with other functions of E-commerce business unit to complete the designated work to meet the team's goal.

Requirements

• Fluency in both English and, Mandarin

• Multi-lingual is highly preferred (depends on the market assignment)

• Compliance or moderation operations experience is preferred.

• Strong analytical and research skills

• Experience in E-Commerce Buyer and Seller Services is a plus.

• Ability to work in a fast and evolving environment with detail-oriented focus.

• Ability to work rotational shifts

• Willing to relocate to Penang
