Job Details
- Location: Livingston, George Town, Penang
- Shift: 9AM TO 6PM (Monday to Friday)

Your Responsibilities
- Proven experience in customer-facing roles (phone, chat, in person).

Requirements
- Familiarity with IOS and/or MacOS, or comparable technology is preferred.
- Fluent in the required language Cantonese English (speaking, reading, and writing)
- Experienced in technical troubleshooting.
- Analytical skills for resolving complex issues.
- Proficient in navigating multiple systems and tools.
- Self-managing in fast-paced environments.
- Embraces challenges and takes on additional responsibilities.
- Willing to Relocate to Penang
