Wipro Eton – Customer Service Associate
Account Type:
- Financial Services Support Account
Work Setup: Onsite
Compensation and Benefits:
- Salary up to 25,000 pesos +40k sign on bonus
- Performance incentives and completion bonus available(details available)
- Night differential for night shifts
- Standard HMO and government benefits
Requirements:
- At least High School graduate or completed 2nd year college
- Minimum 1 year BPO experience handling US or UK accounts
- Background in financial or banking-related support preferred
- Strong English communication skills required
- Willing to work onsite in Eton Centris
- Flexible with shifting schedules
