About the Role:
Handle inbound calls about billing, scheduling, and health-related concerns
Provide compassionate and accurate customer support
Training provided — no medical background required
Work Onsite Locations:
Taguig | Cebu | Davao | Iloilo | Bacolod | Pampanga | CDO | Baguio | Clark | Metro Manila
Who Can Apply?
HS / SHS Graduate or College Level
With or without BPO experience
Can speak basic to fluent English
At least 18 years old
Willing to work onsite and in shifting schedules
