Are you an experienced BPO professional with a talent for written communication? We are currently expanding our support team and are looking for dedicated Chat/Email Support Specialists to provide world-class assistance to our clients.
Candidate Profile
* Education: Must have completed at least 2 years of college education (Note: High School and Senior High School graduates are not eligible for this specific role).
* Experience: A minimum of 1 year of BPO experience is required.
* Technical Proficiency: Preference will be given to candidates with strong experience in managing high-volume chat or email support channels.
* Availability: We are looking for candidates who can join our team as soon as possible.
