We are seeking highly skilled professionals to join our premier US Mortgage team. This specialized role is responsible for providing expert assistance to international clients regarding home loans, escrow accounts, or debt recovery processing, ensuring strict adherence to US financial regulations.

Minimum Qualifications:

Primary Requirement:Direct experience handling a US Mortgage account within a BPO environment.

Alternative Requirement: Candidates without mortgage experience will be considered only if they possess strong Banking, Financial, or Collections experience in a voice-based capacity.
