Qualifications
Graduate of any Medical Allied course
Preferred courses:
BS Nursing (BSN)
Pharmacy
Physical Therapy
No work experience required
Good English communication skills
Willing to work onsite in Cebu
Willing to work on shifting schedules

Handle healthcare-related customer concerns and inquiries
Provide accurate information and support to clients
Maintain confidentiality of medical and patient information
Document customer interactions properly
