Job Title: RPO Healthcare Recruiter

Role Overview
We are seeking experienced Healthcare Recruiters to support U.S.-based clients in a fast-paced RPO environment. The role requires strong expertise in sourcing, screening, and placing healthcare professionals, along with the ability to manage high-volume hiring demands.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
QUALIFICATIONS
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for U.S. healthcare roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placement
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified healthcare professionals
- Partner with hiring managers, onboarding, and credentialing teams to ensure smooth hiring processes
- Ensure all candidates meet U.S. compliance, licensure, and credentialing requirements
- Utilize advanced sourcing tools and platforms to identify top talent
- Meet recruitment targets and performance metrics in a high-volume environment
- 1–3 years of U.S. healthcare recruitment experience
- Hiring Expertise: Proven experience recruiting for roles such as:
- U.S. Registered Nurses (USRNs)
- U.S. Travel Nurses
- Community Nurses
- Other U.S. healthcare positions
- Recruitment Skills: Strong full-cycle recruitment experience
- Sourcing Tools: Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and healthcare databases
- Work Style: Comfortable working in a metrics-driven, high-volume RPO setting
- Collaboration: Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
