TRAVEL / HOSPITALITY PROFESSIONALS — THIS ONE IS FOR YOU.

We're looking for candidates who combine customer-facing experience + technical aptitude for a specialized Travel Account.

₱30,000 Salary

Pasig | Onsite

Hybrid: Voice + Chat + Email

REQUIREMENTS

At least 1 year customer-facing support experience

BPO OR NON-BPO EXPERIENCE ACCEPTED

Technical aptitude — able to read and understand technical codes

Experience working with AI workflows

RELEVANT GRADUATES ARE ENCOURAGED TO APPLY

If you're a graduate with relevant Travel, Tourism, Hospitality, IT/Technology or related experience, and you've also worked in a customer-facing environment, this could be a strong match.

Your background doesn't have to be purely BPO.

What matters is your ability to:

Understand travel/hospitality processes

Work with technology

Follow AI-driven workflows

Communicate effectively with customers
