CREATE HIGH-IMPACT TRAINING CONTENT FOR A GLOBAL BRAND

We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Training Content Designer to develop engaging e-learning materials, videos, and training programs for one of the world’s leading platforms.

If you have strong expertise in Articulate Storyline, Rise, and e-learning development, this is your chance to showcase your skills in a fully remote role.

ROLE OVERVIEW

Design and develop e-learning modules, training videos, and materials
Create storyboards and end-to-end instructional content
Collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders to identify learning needs
Build interactive courses using Articulate Storyline and Rise
Develop and track training effectiveness metrics
Support trainers and rollout of new training programs
Enhance content using graphics, multimedia, and modern tools

NON-NEGOTIABLE REQUIREMENTS

1–2 years experience in Training Content Design / Instructional Design

Advanced proficiency in Articulate Storyline (complex builds)

Strong hands-on experience with Articulate Rise

Experience in storyboarding and end-to-end content development

Proven ability to create e-learning modules and training videos

Background in content writing and instructional design

Experience in graphic design tools:

Photoshop / Illustrator / Premiere / After Effects (or similar)
