Job Title - Customer Service Mandarin Speaker (Chat Support - E-Healing) Non-Voice Account.
Shifts - 24/7 rotational shifts
DOJ - 9th Sep
Location - KL Sentral
Salary - RM4500- RM5000 (Basic) + monthly KPI up to RM300
Eligibility: Degree/Diploma- Fresh graduate with NO experience are eligible.
If SPM candidates must have min 1 year CS experience
Key Skills:
Must have excellent command on simplified Mandarin mut be able to Speak, Read & Write. Should be able to speak B1 English.
Must have be open to rotational night shifts and offs
Must have prior experience in customer service or with a BPO.
