About the Role
Turn business needs into smart sourcing decisions. As an Indirect Sourcing Specialist, you’ll execute end‑to‑end procurement for indirect categories—think IT, facilities, professional services, marketing, and more—ensuring every purchase delivers value, speed, and compliance. You’ll run competitive sourcing events, analyse supplier bids, coordinate with stakeholders, and keep documentation audit‑ready. This role places you at the centre of our procurement operations in Hyderabad, where you’ll sharpen your commercial acumen, build strong supplier relationships, and directly contribute to cost savings and process efficiency.

What You’ll Do

Execute Sourcing Events: Run RFx and competitive bid processes for assigned indirect categories—communicating with suppliers, tabulating bids, and supporting commercial evaluations to identify the best value.

Capture Requirements: Partner with internal stakeholders to define scope, timelines, and budget, ensuring every sourcing activity aligns with real business needs.

Support Negotiations & Onboarding: Assist in negotiations, contract setup, and supplier onboarding, always following defined governance and approval protocols.

Maintain Documentation: Keep meticulous records of all sourcing activities—commercial comparisons, supplier master data, approval trails—so our processes are transparent and audit‑ready.

Track Performance: Monitor supplier performance, contract milestones, and renewal timelines; help resolve issues and escalate when needed.

Analyse Spend & Identify Savings: Use supplier and spend data to spot consolidation opportunities, support category insights, and contribute to savings targets.

Resolve Operational Hiccups: Work with procurement operations and finance teams to clear purchase order, invoice, and service acceptance issues.

Champion Compliance: Ensure every sourcing action adheres to internal controls, policies, and audit standards.

Improve Continuously: Contribute ideas to streamline sourcing workflows, templates, and reporting—making it easier for our team to buy smarter.

What You’ll Bring

Experience: 2–7 years in indirect procurement, sourcing operations, purchasing, or category support. You’ve run tactical sourcing events and understand the procure‑to‑pay cycle.

Commercial Analysis: Ability to compare supplier bids, evaluate total cost, and present clear recommendations.

Stakeholder Coordination: You’re comfortable engaging with business teams to capture requirements and manage expectations.

Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written English—you’ll draft clear supplier communications and document processes.

System Savvy: Hands‑on experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) and proficiency in MS Excel for spend tracking and reporting.

Attention to Detail: You take pride in accurate documentation, compliance, and getting the numbers right.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Supply Chain, Finance, Operations, or a related field.

Success Factors: You’ll be measured on sourcing cycle time, documentation accuracy, supplier responsiveness, savings support, compliance, and stakeholder satisfaction.
