## Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced **Sr. Process Associate – Master Data Management (ETP)** to manage employee master data across HR, payroll, timekeeping, and benefits systems. The role involves processing employee lifecycle transactions, maintaining data accuracy, performing system reconciliations, and ensuring compliance with company policies, labor regulations, and union agreements.

The candidate will collaborate with HR, Payroll, Benefits, IT, and HR Business Partners to ensure timely and accurate employee data updates across systems such as ADX, WinTeam, and LISA.

## Key Responsibilities

- **Employee Master Data Management:** Process employee data changes related to cost centers, compensation, pay rates, union codes, office locations, supervisors, job titles, promotions, transfers, and primary job numbers.

- **Employee Lifecycle Management:** Manage new hires, promotions, leave of absence (LOA), return from leave, terminations, reactivations, employee status changes, and subcontractor records.

- **Data Reconciliation:** Identify and resolve data discrepancies between ADX, WinTeam, and LISA. Prepare fallout reports and perform necessary corrections to ensure data consistency.

- **Payroll and Benefits Support:** Ensure accurate employee data processing to prevent payroll errors and benefits-related issues. Coordinate with the Benefits team for union code changes.

- **Audit and Compliance:** Conduct pay rate audits, job data reviews, anniversary bonus checks, and validations of benefits-impacting changes. Ensure compliance with internal policies, labor laws, and union agreements.

- **Employee Information Updates:** Maintain employee personal information, including addresses, email addresses, phone numbers, direct deposit details, banking information, and Social Insurance Number (SIN) updates.

- **IT and Stakeholder Coordination:** Raise and track IT service requests for employee data changes and system access dependencies. Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Benefits, IT, and HR Business Partners to resolve issues.

- **Process Quality:** Maintain accurate records, meet turnaround time and quality targets, and ensure all employee master data transactions are completed within defined timelines.

## Required Skills and Competencies

- Strong understanding of HR operations, payroll inputs, and employee lifecycle management.

- Hands-on experience with HRIS, payroll, and timekeeping systems such as ADX, WinTeam, LISA, or similar platforms.

- Good analytical, data validation, and reconciliation skills.

- Knowledge of employee master data maintenance, HR transactions, and payroll-related updates.

- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify and resolve data discrepancies.

- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to handle confidential employee information with accuracy and discretion.

## Educational Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related discipline.

## Experience Required

- 3–5 years of experience in HR Operations, Payroll Operations, Master Data Management, or Order Management.
