Role/Skill: Accounts Payable Analyst – French

Location: Chennai
Experience: 3–6 Years
Band: BPO 3
Salary: Up to ₹9 LPA
Domain: Accounts Payable / Finance & Accounting

Mandatory Requirements

French language expertise (Read, Write & Speak) is mandatory.
End-to-end knowledge of the Accounts Payable lifecycle.
Hands-on experience in invoice processing, matching, and posting.
Working knowledge of SAP AP transactions.
Understanding of AP controls, compliance, and audit requirements.
Ability to manage high volumes and meet SLAs.

Key Responsibilities

Process invoices through 2-way and 3-way matching.
Post invoices and resolve exceptions related to price, quantity, tax, and duplicate invoices.
Support payment proposal preparation and payment runs.
Handle vendor and employee queries through email and ticketing systems.
Perform vendor reconciliations and GR/IR clean-up activities.
Support month-end closing and reporting activities.
Adhere to SOPs, SLAs, and internal control requirements.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in commerce, Finance, or a related field.

Important Notes

French language proficiency is mandatory.
Ex-TCS employees are not eligible to apply.
