Job Summary

We are looking for a Spanish Language Specialist to support procurement and supply chain operations in an international business environment.

The ideal candidate should have strong Spanish language proficiency, including the ability to read, understand, interpret, and communicate process-related information effectively. Basic knowledge of procurement operations, supply chain processes, Purchase Requisitions (PR), Supply Chain requests (SC), and Purchase Order (PO) processing will be an added advantage.

In this role, you will support procurement activities, handle Spanish-language requests and stakeholder communications, ensure process accuracy, meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and maintain compliance with established business procedures and quality standards.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide Spanish language support for procurement and supply chain operations.

• Read, understand, interpret, and process Spanish-language business documents and operational requests.

• Receive and review Purchase Requisition (PR) and Supply Chain (SC) requests.

• Perform standard validation and due diligence checks before processing requests.

• Support Purchase Order (PO) creation and related procurement activities.

• Ensure timely and accurate processing of procurement transactions in accordance with defined SLAs.

• Communicate with Spanish-speaking stakeholders to clarify operational queries and resolve issues.

• Handle customer and third-party stakeholder queries professionally.

• Follow up on pending requests and outstanding items to ensure timely resolution.

• Adhere to the customer escalation matrix for unresolved queries and open items.

• Perform peer-to-peer quality checks to minimize processing errors.

• Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly productivity and quality performance.

• Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to operational efficiency.

• Follow established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), training manuals, and compliance guidelines.

• Maintain effective communication and positive working relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders.

• Participate in weekly client calls and business discussions with local teams, whenever required.

• Ensure compliance with applicable legal, statutory, and organizational requirements.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education (10+2+3).

• 1–4 years of relevant experience in procurement operations, supply chain operations, or related business processes.

• Good Spanish language proficiency with the ability to read, understand, interpret, and communicate business-related information.

• Basic understanding of procurement and supply chain operations.

• Knowledge of Purchase Requisition (PR), Supply Chain (SC) requests, and Purchase Order (PO) processing.

• Proficiency in MS Office applications.

• Understanding of customer quality standards, productivity expectations, and SLA requirements.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Good analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to work in flexible shifts, including night shifts.

Candidates must be flexible to work in either of the following shifts:

• Shift 1: 5:00 PM – 2:30 AM

Salary & Benefits

• Salary Package: Up to ₹7 LPA.
