Job Title: AP and RTR English Language Specialist
Job Description
We are hiring AP and RTR English Language Specialists for our Finance & Accounting operations in Chennai. The role requires strong English communication skills along with hands-on experience in Accounts Payable or Record to Report processes. Candidates should have a good understanding of accounting fundamentals, ERP/SAP transactions, reconciliations, compliance, and month-end close activities.
RTR – English Language Specialist
Requirements:
Strong English communication skills
Strong knowledge of RTR and accounting fundamentals
Experience in journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations
Hands-on ERP experience, preferably SAP FI
Understanding of GAAP / IFRS concepts
Ability to meet tight close timelines
Responsibilities:
Perform period-end and month-end close activities
Prepare and post journal entries
Execute balance sheet and bank reconciliations
Investigate and resolve open items
Support management reporting and variance analysis
Assist with internal and external audits
Maintain reconciliation and close documentation
AP – English Language Specialist
Requirements:
Strong English communication skills
End-to-end knowledge of the Accounts Payable lifecycle
Hands-on experience with invoice processing, matching, and posting
Working knowledge of SAP AP transactions
Understanding of AP controls, compliance, and audit requirements
Ability to manage volumes and meet SLAs
Responsibilities:
Process invoices through 2-way / 3-way matching
Post invoices and resolve price, quantity, tax, and duplicate exceptions
Support payment proposal preparation and payment runs
Handle vendor and employee queries through email/ticketing
Perform vendor reconciliations and GR/IR clean-up
Support month-end close and reporting activities
Adhere to SOPs, SLAs, and internal controls
