We are looking for an experienced AP / RTR English Language Specialist to join our Finance & Accounting team in Chennai. The ideal candidate should have 3–5 years of experience in Accounts Payable (AP) or Record to Report (RTR) processes, excellent English communication skills, and hands-on experience with SAP ERP. The candidate will be responsible for invoice processing, journal entries, reconciliations, month-end closing activities, vendor management, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, and service level agreements.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform end-to-end Accounts Payable or Record to Report activities.
Process invoices, journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations accurately.
Support month-end and period-end close activities.
Handle vendor and stakeholder queries professionally.
Execute payment processing, vendor reconciliations, and exception handling.
Maintain financial records and ensure compliance with SOPs, audit requirements, and internal controls.
Work with SAP ERP to perform finance and accounting transactions.
Prepare reports, documentation, and support internal/external audits.
Meet quality standards and SLA timelines.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Commerce or Finance.
3–5 years of experience in AP or RTR processes.
Strong knowledge of accounting fundamentals.
Hands-on experience with SAP (SAP FI/AP preferred).
Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
Good analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Salary: Up to ₹9 LPA
