Hiring: AR German Analyst | Mumbai (Powai)

Salary: Up to ₹12 LPA
Location: Mumbai (Powai)
Shift: 24x7 (Rotational)

Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced AR German Analyst with strong German language proficiency and Accounts Receivable expertise. The role involves handling AR operations including cash application, invoicing, reconciliations, and customer query resolution for global clients.

Key Responsibilities

Manage AR processes including invoicing, cash application, and reconciliation
Download and review bank statements and remittances
Apply payments accurately using remittance advice
Perform credit checks and ensure compliance with processes
Identify and resolve unapplied/unidentified cash
Coordinate with collectors for payment allocation
Handle customer queries via email

Eligibility Criteria

5–8 years of experience in Accounts Receivable / Accounting
German Language Proficiency – Minimum B2 Level (Mandatory)
Must be able to read, write, and translate German
Graduation mandatory (B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance or equivalent)
Minimum 15 years of full-time education (10+2+3)
Basic to average English communication skills
Candidates must be based in Mumbai

Skills Required

Strong knowledge of AR processes (Cash App, Billing, Reconciliation)
Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
Good communication and coordination
ERP knowledge (IFS / SAP preferred)
